Here we go again! π
Thanks to Jacob Orosz and Morgan & Westfield for interviewing Eran!
Eran shared some insightful thoughts during the interview: “Cultural differences play a role. We have a global team that allows us to break those barriers. We are used to working with different cultures, and time zones, and since we do it every day, we don’t really feel it that much. We are very much into building long-term partnerships and we really find good partners everywhere.”
He also addressed a critical issue: “The problem that everybody complains about is just transparency across the supply chain and having good information about what’s going on. Sometimes you learn about an issue when it’s too late. We have a team that manages that, and that’s why part of the service is staying on top of things. There are a lot of players involved, and you need to make sure you are watching these things constantly so that you can react to any changes that you are seeing on the ground.”
A big shoutout to Jacob for his creative questions and for his active engagement with Ingredient Brothers. Participating in the interview was truly a pleasure π Please listen to it here!
